        Toshiba projector repairs: out of warranty

Look at your projector's serial number, underneath the projector, on its base. Let us know your projector's model part number (such as TLP-XC2500AU) and serial number along with your contact information. You may telephone to us, send an email, fax to us or visit with nearby free parking. Automagic offers labor caps per service incident for hardware repair and for cleaning out accumulated debris that may cause your projector to overheat, shut down, display a dimmer image or show spots on its displayed image.

        Toshiba projector repairs: covered by Toshiba's warranty

As if February 8, 2010, Toshiba has restricted service under their warranty on your Toshiba projector. You will no longer be able to demonstrate your concern in person and you will no longer be able to verify your concern has been resolved before accepting your projector in return. You will no longer be able to speak directly to the service technician working on your projector and you will no longer be able receive your projector the day it is fixed. You will no longer be able to have over-the-counter service for simple repairs. You will no longer be able to bring your projector in for service at-will, instead having to coordinate and pre-qualify before you can arrange for service. You will no longer benefit from courteous in-person review and instruction on the function of your projector. You will no longer be able to bring your Toshiba projector in locally for warranty repair to any Toshiba Authorized Service Provider. You may contact Toshiba at 800 457-7777 for further support of your projector under warranty. We apologize for this inconvenience and offer repair outside of Toshiba warranty coverage as described in the prior section.
